In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ck22" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the domain ck22.bar, including all sub-pages, games, sportsbook markets, promotional tools, and support services accessible thereunder.
• "User", "Player", or "You" refers to any natural person who has registered a ck22 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created upon successful registration with ck22, through which the User accesses all Platform services.
• "Services" means all products offered via the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product.
• "Funds" means the balance of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a User's Account at any given time, whether derived from deposits, winnings, or bonus allocations.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit allocated to a User's Account that is subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they are eligible for conversion to withdrawable cash, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification procedures that ck22 applies to User accounts in accordance with its internal compliance standards.
• "MFS" (Mobile Financial Services) refers to Bangladesh-based mobile payment platforms including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which ck22 supports for deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning set out in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Age Requirement . ck22 is strictly an adult platform. You must be aged 21 years or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any game or wagering product on ck22. Users under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity. By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or above. ck22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The ck22 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck22 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in any specific location outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered ck22 Account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is a form of Prohibited Conduct and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested by the registration form. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2.5 Account Verification. ck22 operates a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity and residential address. Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ck22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify ck22 customer support immediately via the live chat function available within the Platform. ck22 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification.

3.3 Account Ownership. A ck22 Account is personal to the registered User and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account or any funds held in it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the Account subject to immediate closure.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. ck22 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts or to close them at its discretion, subject to prior notification to the registered email address or mobile number.

3.5 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your ck22 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ck22 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and major international card networks (Visa, Mastercard). Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed within the ck22 Account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though ck22 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or security measures.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the ck22 Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the MFS network. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution. ck22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed the KYC verification process to ck22's satisfaction; (b) have no outstanding withdrawal holds, security reviews, or compliance checks on your Account; and (c) be requesting withdrawal of real-money funds only — Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically faster. ck22 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the User's financial institution or MFS provider.

4.6 Withdrawal to Originating Method. ck22 applies an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be returned, where possible, to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the User's name are not permitted.

4.7 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on ck22 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform interface to denote BDT amounts. ck22 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the ck22 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. ck22 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.

5.2 Odds and Markets. Pre-match odds are set by ck22 prior to the event and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager. ck22 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in manifest error.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Markets. ck22 covers a wide range of cricket competitions including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral international series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other international tournaments. Market availability, bet types, and in-play options vary by event and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account, unless the applicable sport's specific rules state otherwise.

5.5 Live Casino and RNG Games. All live casino games on ck22 are provided by certified third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. All RNG slot games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified systems and are not subject to modification by ck22.

5.6 Maximum Winnings. ck22 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets, individual sessions, or cumulative winnings within a specified period. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit may be capped at ck22's discretion.

5.7 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Platform's official records shall be the authoritative source of truth. Disputes must be raised with ck22 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event or game session. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses offered by ck22 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — are subject to individual terms and conditions specific to each offer. General eligibility requires that the User holds a verified ck22 Account in good standing, has made a qualifying deposit where required, and has not previously forfeited bonus privileges.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the applicable offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. ck22 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. ck22 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinated bonus exploitation with other users. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus privileges suspended, any pending bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and may be subject to account closure.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated in the promotion terms, only one bonus offer may be active in a ck22 Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6.6 Seasonal Promotions. ck22 regularly offers promotions tied to major Bangladesh sporting and cultural events including BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time of launch.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. ck22 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. ck22 does not encourage Users to gamble beyond their personal financial means and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to support every Account holder.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ck22 Users via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Caps — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous gameplay.

7.4 Minor Protection. ck22 takes the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you share a device with minors, ck22 strongly recommends using device-level parental controls and ensuring that your ck22 login credentials are not accessible to anyone under the age of 21.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck22 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other obfuscation technology to misrepresent your location or circumvent geographic access restrictions.

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the ck22 deposit or withdrawal system.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication with any ck22 representative.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any ck22 software or game.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another person.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the ck22 Platform — including but not limited to the ck22 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, promotional materials, software code, and game assets provided by ck22 directly — is the intellectual property of ck22 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited Licence. ck22 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ck22 content without prior written authorisation.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. ck22 accesses this content under licence and cannot grant Users any rights to that content beyond those necessary for standard gameplay.

9.4 User Submissions. Any feedback, suggestions, or communications you submit to ck22 regarding the Platform may be used by ck22 freely and without compensation, attribution, or restriction.

10.1 Platform Availability. ck22 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.

10.2 No Liability for Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any bet or game outcome; (c) any delay, error, or interruption in the provision of Services; (d) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (e) any action or omission of a third-party payment provider.

10.3 Accuracy of Information. While ck22 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game results, account balances, and promotional information displayed on the Platform are accurate, ck22 does not warrant that all information is error-free at all times. In the event of a manifest error, ck22 reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, void affected bets or transactions.

10.4 Force Majeure. ck22 shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, and shall bear no liability to Users, for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or civil disturbances.

11.1 Suspension by ck22. ck22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Prohibited Conduct, fraudulent activity, or a security risk associated with the Account.

11.2 Permanent Closure by ck22. Following investigation, ck22 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms and Conditions is confirmed. Where closure results from confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited in full.

11.3 Return of Legitimate Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than confirmed Prohibited Conduct or fraud, any real-money balance held in the Account (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their last-used payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Survival of Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms and Conditions and shall continue to bind both parties.

12.1 Data Collection. ck22 collects personal data from Users as part of the registration, KYC verification, and account management processes. The categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and your rights as a data subject are set out in full in the ck22 Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data Security. ck22 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform servers. Sensitive personal and financial data is stored in encrypted format and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

12.3 Data Retention. ck22 retains User data for as long as the Account remains active and for a defined period following Account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations. The specific retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.

12.4 Third-Party Sharing. ck22 does not sell or rent User personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers solely to the extent necessary for the delivery of Platform Services. All third-party processors are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ck22 Platform. ck22 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the intended market.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and ck22 arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ck22 customer support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under mutually agreed terms before pursuing any other form of legal remedy.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.1 Right to Amend. ck22 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ck22 will notify registered Users via their registered email address or via a prominent notification displayed within the Platform.

14.2 Acceptance of Changes. Your continued use of the ck22 Platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.5 above.

14.3 Effective Date. The version of the Terms and Conditions published on the ck22 Platform at any given time is the version currently in effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document and in the Last Updated banner above.
